Published on: 2026/06/25 14:53Last Update: 2026/06/25 14:53

Dear PropW Users,

To further optimize your trading experience and enhance system performance and stability, PropW will conduct a scheduled upgrade maintenance for selected trading pairs from 10:00 to 14:00 (UTC+8) on June 29, 2026 (Monday). During the maintenance window, all trading pairs in Phase 3 (Live Trading Phase) will have their trading services suspended.

Maintenance Schedule
June 29, 2026 (Monday), 10:00 – 14:00 (UTC+8)

Affected Trading Pairs
BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, HYPE, SUI, AVAX, WLD, XRP, 1000SHIB, DOT, FIL, BCH, DOGE, LTC, ADA, ETC

Please Arrange Your Positions in Advance
To avoid any disruption to your trading during the maintenance, we strongly recommend that you manually close all live-phase positions and properly manage any open orders before 10:00 (UTC+8) on June 29, 2026 (Monday).

Handling of Unclosed Positions and Open Orders in the Live Trading Phase

1. Treatment of Unclosed Positions
When the upgrade commences, any remaining positions in the above-mentioned trading pairs will be forcibly liquidated by the system at market price.

  • Benchmark price: The prevailing market price at the time the upgrade starts.

  • Actual execution price: May deviate from the benchmark price due to market fluctuations. Please be aware of this risk.

2. Treatment of Unfilled Orders
After the upgrade begins, all unfilled orders (including limit orders, stop-loss orders, etc.) for the affected trading pairs may be automatically canceled by the system. We advise you to cancel or adjust such orders in advance to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

3. Risk Disclosure and Liability
Market conditions can change rapidly, and price volatility may intensify during the upgrade period. It is your responsibility to assess your position risks in advance and manage your positions proactively.
Any losses incurred as a result of failure to close positions or cancel orders in time shall be borne solely by the user. While the platform will make every effort to ensure a smooth upgrade process, we cannot provide absolute guarantees regarding the actual execution price of forced liquidations or the timing of order cancellations.

Important Reminders

  • Please review and manage your positions and open orders before the maintenance.

  • Trading services for all live-phase trading pairs will be suspended throughout the upgrade.

  • Services will gradually resume upon completion of the system upgrade.

  • Should there be any changes to the upgrade schedule, we will notify you promptly through our official channels.

Thank you for your continued trust and support in PropW.
We remain committed to refining our products and services to deliver a more stable and efficient trading experience for you.
