The maintenance is expected to last approximately 4 hours. In the event of significant market volatility, the maintenance duration may be extended or adjusted; please refer to the actual resumption time for confirmation.
During the system maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily suspended:
Contract trading (opening positions, closing positions, order placement, etc.)
Challenge package registration / purchase / challenge participation
Submitting or processing tasks
Challenge review and account verification
Withdrawal requests and withdrawal reviews
Other trading service–related functions
If you currently hold open positions or have active orders, we strongly advise you to implement risk management measures in advance, including but not limited to closing positions, canceling orders, or adding margin, to mitigate any potential impact during the maintenance window.
Upon completion of the maintenance, PropW will resume all affected services at the earliest opportunity and will issue a separate announcement regarding service restoration.
