Dear CoinW Users,

According to official announcements, BSC and Polygon (POL) will undergo network upgrades. To support these upgrades, CoinW will make the following arrangements for deposits and withdrawals of related tokens:

CoinW will suspend deposits and withdrawals for all tokens on the BSC network on April 28, 2026;

CoinW will suspend deposits and withdrawals for all tokens on the Polygon (POL) network on April 28, 2026;

Please note:

The BSC network upgrade is expected to take place at 10:30:00 (GMT+8) on April 28, 2026;

The Polygon (POL) network upgrade will occur at block height Heimdall 44,070,000 (estimated time: 22:00:00 (GMT+8) on April 29, 2026);

During the network upgrades, trading services (e.g., spot trading) for BSC and POL tokens will not be affected;

No new tokens will be generated from this upgrade;

CoinW will closely monitor the upgrade process and will resume deposits and withdrawals once the network is stable, without further announcement.
