Details:
Users should purchase CoinW-based CWT first for ETH Snap-Up, with a total amount of 888 ETH. There are 3 rounds sales and each round set different discount. Users holding CWT can snap up discounted ETH. The minimum snap-up limit is 10 CWT, and the maximum is 50 CWT. Discount and quota for each round are set as follows:
Valuation Rules:
1. ETH snap-up exchange base price is uniformly converted to CNYT pricing, which will be determined and updated to FansUp! according to the market transaction CNYT price at a certain time within 24 hours before the event starts!
2. The CWT price starts from a certain time within 3 hours before the user accepts the subscription, and backtracks the average price of the hourly opening price of the CoinW-based CWT for the first 24 hours of the CNYT trading market, forming a final snap ratio: n CWT= 1 ETH , which will be updated to FansUp!
*CWT gained from FansUp!, 80% will be burnt and 20% for CoinW ecology operation.
At 20:00 every day from Sep 1 to Sep 3, the snap-up start right on time. First-come-first-get, don’t be late!

Terms of Service:
1. One account can only participate once for each round. Users remaining quota( the maximum individual snap-up for each round - actual ETH snap-up for each round) for first and/or second round will be added to next round.
2. The calculation starts after the whole promotion ends, and your purchased ETH will be distributed to your account after the calculation.
3. CoinW reserves all the right for the final interpretation.
