Dear CoinW users,

CoinW will support the monthly WINk(WIN) airdrop program for TRON(TRX) holders. The snapshot time of this month is at 0:00(UTC+8) 29/Sep/2019. The airdrops are distributed based on the following calculation:

1. WIN Received byUser A=Total WIN Received by CoinW*User A’s Holding Proportion

2. User A’s Holding Proportion=TotalAmount of TRX Held by User A/Total Amount of TRX Held by CoinW

Details of theMonthly WIN Airdrop Program are as follows:

First Year (Airdrop1.2% of the total supply)

From Sep 28, 2019 toAug 28, 2020(HKT), the snapshot of TRX will be taken at 0:00:00(UTC+8) on the28^th day of each month and 999,000,000 WIN will be airdropped;

Second Year (Airdrop1.3% of the total supply)

From Sep 28, 2020 toAug 28, 2021(HKT), the snapshot of TRX will be taken at 0:00:00(UTC+8) on the28^th day of each month and 1,082,250,000 WIN will be airdropped;

Third Year (Airdrop1.4% of the total supply)

From Sep 28, 2021 toAug 28, 2022(HKT), the snapshot of TRX will be taken at 0:00:00(UTC+8) on the28^th day of each month and 1,165,500,000 WIN will be airdropped.

Please note:

1.TRX tokens that are pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of each snapshot will not count towards your TRX balance. Please ensure you leave sufficient time for deposits and withdrawals to complete prior to the snapshot.

2. CoinW will distribute all the received WIN to TRX holders after the airdrop and users do not need todo any operation.

3. TRX balances under 100 TRX (including those in trade orders) will not be eligible for the airdrop.
