Dear Traders, 

PropW hereby announces that, due to LionFunded’s failure to fulfill its contractual obligations under the cooperation agreement, including but not limited to mishandling certain user funds and failing to complete agreed user migration matters. PropW has decided to terminate the partnership. Despite repeated efforts by PropW to resolve these issues through communication and coordination, no effective solution was reached. LionFunded’s conduct has caused significant harm to user interests and adversely affected the reputation of the PropW brand. 

Accordingly, PropW officially terminated all cooperation with LionFunded on August 23, 2025. 

With respect to LionFunded’s inability to cover the costs of the migrated user challenge accounts, PropW will implement the following arrangements: 

I. Closure of Migrated Challenge Accounts 

1. Effective immediately, all accounts migrated through LionFunded channels will have their usage permissions terminated. 
2. PropW will complete the final review and closure of active accounts within 3 business days of this announcement. 
3. Once permissions are closed, all withdrawal requests from the affected accounts will no longer be processed. 
4. Disclaimer: PropW shall bear no responsibility for any user asset issues relating to LionFunded or its affiliates. For fund-related matters concerning migrated challenge accounts, please contact LionFunded directly. 
5. Eligible affected users may apply for support under PropW’s Special Assistance Program. 

II. PropW Special Assistance Program 

Upholding our core value of “Users First,” PropW has established a Special Assistance Fund of 50,000 USDT and launched the PropW Special Assistance Program. This program aims to provide eligible affected users with an opportunity to restart their trading journey. 

Program Details 

1. Eligibility: Users migrated from LionFunded to PropW between April 27, 2025 and June 5, 2025, who remain actively trading. 
2. Program Duration: September 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025. 
3. Application Period: August 28, 2025 – September 14, 2025 (late applications will not be accepted).

Program Benefits 

1. Exclusive Challenge Vouchers 

• For migrated accounts with balance ≤ 10,000 USDT:
  ● One (1) Free $10,000 Standard Challenge Voucher
  ● One (1) 50% Discount Voucher 
• For migrated accounts with balance ≥ 10,000 USDT:
  ● One (1) Free $25,000 Standard Challenge Voucher
  ● One (1) 50% Discount Voucher 

All vouchers are valid for 30 days. 

2. 50,000 USDT Assistance Fund 

• Users who pass the evaluation using the free challenge vouchers and enter the live trading stage may apply for fund support. 
• Profits withdrawn during the live trading stage will first be deducted from the assistance fund, processed in the order of application. 
• Once the total fund of 50,000 USDT is exhausted, the program will automatically terminate, and related account permissions will be reclaimed. 

Voucher Distribution 

• PropW will review applications, verify eligibility, and distribute free challenge vouchers weekly to qualified accounts. 

Important Notes 

1. The 50,000 USDT Special Assistance Fund is an additional support initiative provided by PropW and does not represent any assumption of liability for LionFunded’s actions, nor any legal obligation. 
2. Upon conclusion of the program, the system will automatically reclaim all related account permissions. 
3. Users must complete registration within the application period; late submissions will not be processed.
